Bookkeeping Services

Bookkeeping services include data entry of checks, deposits, credit card transactions and recording fixed assets and loans.  We also handle reconciling of bank and credit card statements and will assist with getting your books ready for tax return preparation.  We also prepare the year-end 1099’s to subcontractors and sales tax returns.

Payroll Services

Payroll services include preparing paychecks according to your payment schedule, withholding taxes and benefit deductions, processing direct deposit, submitting taxes to government agencies on your behalf.  We also prepare the quarterly and annual tax return filings including Forms 941, Form 940, W2’s, and state withholding, state unemployment, etc. We are also a member of the American Payroll Association and strive to stay on top of the changing tax laws.
